It's the least favourite major to me. USGA has made a mess of this event too many times.

The one difference from the others, that some like and some don't is the stupidity with which the course is typically set up. Hopefully the USGA keeps a level head. They ruined the Ladies US Open

It's the one chance per season to find out who is the top player at dealing with USGA stupidity. I love it. It's a mental grind.😉

sdandrea1 Yes, nice 2-day trip of 1998 miles. Glad I won't do that again. Feels odd though, lived in Fairfax for 22 yrs, longest I've lived anywhere before. 102F today but a dry heat. Get A/C fixed Thursday--they were busy, all other places were busy.
