Glad your home. The pain you now feel is temporary, always remember that throughout all the rehab. Lots of short walks will keep you feeling less stiff and be mindful of the precautions.
Good luck, call me if you feel the need.
This is gonna be good! 1 1/2 days left
Typhoon Meds and Red Stag for the Friday nite garage meet up?
Meds, icewater, recliner and we watched hoops. My brother stopped by for a visit. Was a pretty good time. I'm moving right along. PT today went great. She says from what she sees, I won't need any after the 2 week in house most probably, just keep up the good work and walking. Been walking a good bit, with and without the walker. Made it to the upstairs (15 steps) this morning without the walker for a shower and shave. have been outside (with walker) for small walks as well. I'm icing now as I type.
My prediction is you'll be golfing by the first of May (maybe sooner). Good Luck with the rehab.

Voice sounds strong and confident. Oh ... so does the one doing the walking.
Small steps for some ... Giant strides back to a better Life for a very Strong Man that can see the future of walking that special one down the aisle in the future with no pain.
Congrats.

No danger, I don't fly or have any reasons to be in court houses.

Looking good Landon!!!!!
Been good and sore today.
But it's a good sore, right?
Soreness will become just stiffness in due time. Again be mindful of the precautions.
