Take your prescribed med. No need to tough it out in the first week after the surgery.
Did they say when to start the rehab ?

Take the pain meds. Pain puts stress on the heart and you don't need that now. I hope you're out there collecting birdies by May.

Had my last PT session here at the hospital a few minutes ago, gonna be heading home later. Will have, at home, PT for 2 weeks then rehab after that.

Sounds like things are going well. As with any limb surgery it is very important to do the prescribed PT to get back your full range of motion and strength. Good luck on the rehab Landon.

Speedy recovery, LB! Glad things (seemed) to have gone well without issue!

Praying for a quick, pain-free rehab process for you!

Happy things went well. Best wishes for a speedy recovery and return to the game.

LBlack14 In home PT starts this afternoon around 3:30.

Great time, enjoy the stretching and the "soreness"........you should feel much relaxed afterward.

Get better soon Landon! Hopefully you'll be able to get some decent rounds in this year.

You'll be back in no time......do all the PT ! Good luck with the rehab.

He better because this 155 lber will come and TRY to kick his ass.

Don't think I could miss the target, but I would enjoy the attempt, and the Lord knows We would enjoy the hugs afterward.

Get a good nights sleep LB. 😉

Meds and Red Stag for the Friday nite garage meet up?😃

Follow the PT plan carefully nephew.....it pays off huge dividends!

P.S. just found out my real nephew lives in Mason, Ohio. Works at WestRock Pulp and Paper......small world!

Glad your home. The pain you now feel is temporary, always remember that throughout all the rehab. Lots of short walks will keep you feeling less stiff and be mindful of the precautions.
Good luck, call me if you feel the need.

Typhoon Meds and Red Stag for the Friday nite garage meet up?

Meds, icewater, recliner and we watched hoops. My brother stopped by for a visit. Was a pretty good time. I'm moving right along. PT today went great. She says from what she sees, I won't need any after the 2 week in house most probably, just keep up the good work and walking. Been walking a good bit, with and without the walker. Made it to the upstairs (15 steps) this morning without the walker for a shower and shave. have been outside (with walker) for small walks as well. I'm icing now as I type.

My prediction is you'll be golfing by the first of May (maybe sooner). Good Luck with the rehab.

          Atta boy!
