Good on u mate!
Making sure you listen to PT lady v smart!

Discipline my friend. Stay on the outlined program and continue to listen to your PT. She is the expert in what is right and wrong to do in mobility.
1. NO CROSSING OF THE LEGS. PILLOW OR ROLLED UP BLANKET BETWEEN LEGS AT ALL TIMES.
2. NO FLEXING OF HIPS BEYOND 90*. USE A REACHER IF YOU DROP SOMETHING, OR LEAVE IT THERE OR HAVE SOMEONE ELSE PICK IT UP. NOT WORTH JEOPARDIZING YOUR HIP. DISLOCATION IS YOUR ENEMY.
3. NO TWISTING ON YOUR AFFECTED SIDE. PICK UP IT UP WHEN TURNING IN THAT DIRECTION.
Make a big sign with these things written in bold black ink if you have to.
I want to hear about you getting 10 yards back in the near future not that you had to go back in due to dislocation.

Landon, where is your little doggie bud? Also, getting some velcro strap shoes will help instead of fighting with shoe strings. What size shoe do you wear? I have 4 pair of new in the box Rockport walking shoes in size 12 with velcro. If these will fit just let me know and I will send a pair your way.

I wear 12-13 Rick. They gave me some elastic laces for my shoes. I appreciate your offer.
He's never far from me Rick. When my PT is here he's just to the left of where he is here. That's his spot.

Hey, Landon! I don't look in much more than every two or three weeks. I didn't see this until tonight.

Looks like the surgery went well and you're healing well. Great!

        Ted.

You'll be swinging the sticks in no time!!!

What a nice boy. Roscoe is it? We have a 2 year old Morkie that follows me like a shadow. Just having them snuggling up with you is so nice.
