pellmell I'm gaming the same stick. I haven't confirmed it on trackman and haven't done any simulator testing, but the darn thing just works.

Usually can't go wrong with Cobra. The Fly z or z+ can be had chap but to me they have a hollow feel to them...never solid.

I'd look for something with a sliding vs. Flipping back to front weight if that type of thing interests you.

I had the Ping G30 lst and it was ok but I was never a fan of the sound plus it always felt like I was hitting a rock with it. Distance was fine and so was forgiveness. I just sold it because the forgiveness wasn't a big issue and I found more distance with something just off the rack.

I was talking to Frank at Ace of clubs and he suggested the M2...2016...not the new one...last year's model. He said it's longer. And we know its forgiving. I ended up getting fitted for an M2 which I'll get next week.

In the meantime I traded my Ping even up for last year's M1 with the stock Fuji pro 60 just so I had 2 heads to take the same shaft adapters. I kill the M1...love the feel. I can mess with the weights a bit but it's hot. I know it's not as forgiving as the M2 but it's not my concern. The M2 should be every bit as long.

If forgiveness is not an issue, than either head is great plus u save money being last year's model.

Maybe you just need a new, low spin shaft to ensure you get roll-out on those dry days and don't get the ball to back up on wet days?

Try an Epic, this club could put TM out of business. Super forgiving and long.

Nice looking club, but at $499 my itch isn't that bad. Very few used ones on ebay.

I agree on Cobras. They can usually be had pretty cheaply. I'm still playing a Cobra S2 from 2010. If I was going to look at some newer OEM's Cobra would be first in line.

scotts33 Here ya go Rick Dynacraft Avatar Evolution 12* driver used pull and sell shaft and you have the head you are looking for.

Thanks Scott. That one has been in their inventory for quite some time. I think the head sold for $59 new. I don't think a used Booyah is worth much. I had already sent them an email about it this morning.

Never tried a Cobra driver but found a bunch of F6 and F6+ much cheaper than the TM's.

Any Cobra from the last few years along with the Ping G30 or G. Cobra and Ping have the easiest adjustable hosels. Cobra's can be adjusted from 9-12 degrees (the non + models). If you want at least 12 degrees the Ping G30 and G come in a 12 degree model. You can adjust up to 13 and down to 11 degrees with .6 degrees in between.

If you're looking for a higher trajectory I'd recommend the Ping's. The Ping's are the most forgiving driver on the market followed by Cobra. Can't go wrong with either. I have the G30 in 12 degrees and the Cobra Amp Cell, Bio Cell and F7. The Cobra Bio Cell, F6 and F7 use the same tip adapter, so you can inter change shafts in you want. Although the Bio Cell and F7 use a different size wrench.

Another vote for Cobra here. My FZ+ and ZL "Tour" are 2 of the best I've hit. Still have my 1st DCT too.

scotts33 I always thought the Big Bang 450 was a good all around head. Square FA and various lofts and cheap.

Thanks Scott. I had one in a 12° years ago and liked it. Thanks for the heads up.

I have a pink F6 head with an adapter, if you're interested (don't ask why I have a pink one...)

I am a big fan of Cobra drivers. I have an S3 Max and a a current year Max. Long and straight!

Ok, youse guys have me totally confused. So, to scratch the itch I need buy a Bang 450, Cobra and a Ping. That should scratch that itch, no? Did I miss any? 😛

              Rickochet I need buy a Bang 45

I was going to put this one on my "worst club" list in the other thread.
Ugly colour and a fade machine, especially if you shaft it with a Grafalloy Blue.
              :/

I don't try any new drivers so can't help ya there.
I am happy with all my old school drivers so I would say maybe revisit a BOM 460?
