Ask Doc, ibuprofen and naproxen's will destroy your kidneys. I lost two good friends, a brother and sister (Beast & Weez), both destroyed their kidneys with IBs & NPs. After years of using and abusing them, Vicodin and anything for pain, when I played extreme amounts of softball, I quit. Only use Tylenol, when needed, now.
You old fucks make me feel healthy as a horse...a crazy horse!!!

I try not to take any meds at all unless i'm sure I really need them.

My wife told me “that’s what Prilosec is for. I said, “ why do that, I stopped taking Aleve and I’m better .” She said I should take Aleve with food and take Prilosec before I eat. So I told her again, why take all that when I’m fine with less drugs, Aleve isn’t good for you. She said,” do what you want, I’m done arguing with you”

So I noticed a ton of aches and pains since I stopped the Aleve. I feel like I’m my actual age. So yesterday I tried taking a couple Tylenol. Those do nothing…. Can’t figure out why hospitals tell you to take Tylenol for pain unless they fucking hate you. Today I took 400 mg/ 2 Advil and feel fantastic. No pain at all.

A couple Tylenol will do almost nothing. You need to start with 4-8 and then take 2 every 4 hours.....according to my pharmacist neighbor. I don't do drugs 🤣

Typhoon probably because Tylenol is for pain, not inflammation. Try some ibuprofen or Naproxin

I rarely take anything, besides Vytorin. When I am more achy than usual, I find the Advil dual action does seem to help.

That sounds like me the past week and a half. At least I'm not hurting when I'm not sick. I did have aches and pains for years, but found out it was due to inflammation from my crappy diet and not just old age.
