I think what Steve is trying to say is that no matter
how nice and perfect your marriage is there is a
good chance she has told you were wrong more than
twice in 50 years.

Par4QC I'm not signed up on Pirateship, and really don't want to, unless I know for sure that I can save money beforehand.

"Uhhh, guys, I really don't want to walk into that restaurant unless I KNOW that their spaghetti and meatballs is better than what I am eating right now... so... tell me EXACTLY what you taste in their meatballs and how is the pasta cooked?" Christ

Par4QC Not so much that I find I need to change things though. Only with heavier items perhaps. Which I'll be doing in a week or so.

Well, y'all can now rest easy.

SMT What's the problem here with my post?
I looked at their site, they wanted me to sign up/in, in order to do anything/see anything. IOW, they want personal info.

What fucking restaurants do you eat at that does that sort of thing?

It's 2023 - What are you afraid of, Big Brother?

I am guessing that you NEVER went to a golf show and signed up at a booth for a free giveaway.
I am guessing as a result of your paranoia you DON'T get junk mail.
I am guessing that you NEVER receive calls for extending your car warranty.

If I have to explain what was wrong with your post, you probably won't get it anyway.

Par4QC I don't believe I know you or your business, but I recognize stupid comments when I read them.

SMT but I recognize stupid comments when I read them.

I think you've proven, over the (at least) past 20 years, that that is a lie.
But, you probably never proofread your responses before posting.

I used Pirate Ship 2x this week. Was a liitle cheaper than Ship Station for me.

Just shipped a 2+# box to Canada via UPS for under $19 using PayPal Shipstation. Same prices as Pirateship.

(Very surprised with expected delivery date only 4 days out. We'll see. πŸ€”)

Might be good for you but for the buyer, not so much.
Unless you paid all the customs fees already...

Spuzz what are the customs fees? I did see via pirateship there is a cheap option to shop to you guys but always wondered the customs costπŸ€”

ode what are the customs fees?

                  Usually none with USPS.
Either an arm or a leg with UPS and sometimes Fedex.
                  :/

Spuzz that's why I asked....as USPS= none and yes for the other two......what gives....is this a govt charge ? Assuming USPS and Canada post just call it even a d don't bother with customs but why bust the balls of the end user when using the private company's πŸ€”

ode is this a govt charge

                      Nope.
                      Gouging by the couriers.
I've been jacked once by each of them, and have personally seen many parcels get sent back due to the extra fees being more than the item cost in the first place.

He was quoted at $32 for shipping last week, but then I rechecked, using UPS, and it was under $19.

Nothing was mentioned about any customs fees. Perhaps he doesn't realize.
I did put value at $25.
