Weirfan I actually loved the VAS. Technically sound design. I still use the #1 iron.

Those are what most here should be playing. 10-12 years from now they’ll be in Steves price range.

BTW, Papa D, doesn’t your place have demo sets of irons to take out… or just drivers??

ode . Face on view though 🤮

Only thing that cares what the face looks like is the back of the golf ball😂

We have demos of Drivers right down to wedges and putters. No new stuff in yet, however.

This was the set they were missing. I’m more excited about fitting older golfers into these than the regular Stealth irons.

And you can carry around this hideousness for only $1100 ( 6-aw with a graphite shaft)

It's too bad There hasnt been a TM iron that I have liked since the 300 forged , no driver since original RBZ tour.
Will be interesting to see how these sell at our fitting days.
We bring in PXG, Titleist and TM weekly and TM sales lagged wayyy behind the other two last season.

Weirfan if you liked the 300 I’m surprised you don’t like the new MC. RBZ Tour was my favorite TM driver as well.

Weirfan What’s funny is some private clubs all flock over one or 2 brands for some reason. We have places we kill it at and nobody else comes close to the amount of people we fit. Then I go to Belmont CC and have one person. My boss says yeah, everyone there plays Callaway.

Sometimes I think it’s a flock type of thing… these private places, you play what everyone else plays or you’re not in the clique.

That's a bit surprising as our club sold a ton of P790. PXG really got into a LOT of players bags though. In many cases guys didn't want to wait 12 weeks on TM and others so they went to PXG direct.

We are a 100% public access facility so definitely not a “thing” for us. Our pro is a top Titleist rep and is top 5 in Canada so Titleist has been our main seller until we started doing PXG fittings which blew them away some weeks 30-40 grand in sales (or so I was told). IMO, the ability of PXG to deliver things in 10 days was a big reason . The other two had very lengthy delays , months in some cases When I asked I think we sold less than 10 stealth drivers all season

Perhaps the clique thing exits but I haven’t noticed it when I play member guests etc at private clubs . I do know that some clubs only carry certain demos and push those which might explain if there are more of a certain brand

Somewhat this, but if the Pro and his staff are partial to a brand, that is what they 'fit' the most and steer
the member to for the most part in my experience. Obviously, they want to make a sale, thus the variety of
          OEMs and product.

Weirfan PXG also was dirt cheap. Sooo many people bought them. Maybe you Canada guys had trouble getting TM but we had no delays down here . Delivered in 2 weeks and crushed our numbers.

In 2020 and 2021 seasons there were big backlogs for all the OEM's. For 2021 it was as much as a couple months and supposedly due to no , or short supply of grips. Last year was better but some things were still sloww depending on the customization needed. ( anything with KBS shafts was bogged down ) Stock orders were usually ok. 6 weeks typically at the beginning of the season improved to 3 weeks near the end. A guy I know well from my course did wait close to 6 months to get a set of custom p790's he ordered in the end of 2021 season. He's a lefty so maybe that contributed

I'm guessing there was prioritization of where product went with big customers getting stuff first to keep them happy, but even our BIG and only golf retailer had some issues., and we were new to TM fittings and the days were generally poorly attended vs PXG and Titty.

PXG certainly capitalized on the situation , at least up here. If they keep the product quality, timeliness and pricing good, I expect them to similarly do well again this year. Even the Sugar Daddy wedges sold well , which I was quite shocked considering the pricing.

When we were in a private club years ago, our pro was a Callaway shill. Every fitting he did somehow ended up with the customer buying Callaway. 🙄

Our pro is a TM guy and the TM rep lives 10-15 minutes from the course so that's the #1 brand for us by far, but not so much the last 2 years. I wanted a TM fairway with my pro shop credit at the end of 2021 and went with a Callaway demo. Cancelled my TM putter order after waiting nearly 4 months. Our local rep must not be high up the food chain as we struggled getting TM stuff in......it must have all been going to @Typhoon
