Iโve not seen the Kirkland to know if they are โcrapโ so I canโt compare. These look like very thick tops lines and huge offset.
Nice New Irons from Ram
Another hollow body ironwith lightweight steel as stock shaft
. How original
Looks as if it is the same/similar to the Sub 70 699 Iron.
A 48ยฐ club is missing whatever you younsters want to call this these days, so I'll give it a pass. 48ยฐ is not a wedge but a scoring iron; look at the RAM wedges on offer : 52ยฐ 56ยฐ, 60ยฐ; like most budget offers no 48ยฐ wedge. Golf sets without the clubs at scoring distance are pretty useless.
Luc_Van_Daele 48ยฐ wedge. Golf sets without the clubs at scoring distance are pretty useless.
I'd bet that the group of players that will buy a set of irons for under $400, will never miss 'a 48* scoring club'. I'd also bet that the group of players that buy iron sets over $1000, would also never miss a 48* 'scoring club'.
I'm not totally surprised to see that the Ram name is being used for this kind of stuff now, seeing as it happened to MacGregor too. I'll stick to my '75 Golden Rams
Curiosity got the best of me and after some googling, the same thing is happening with the Spalding name too. Hm.

My 718 ap1 set has the pw at 43, the gw at 48. My vokeys are at 54* and 58* .
Prior to this past Summer, the only club I could spin was the 48* and that was on a simulator. This Summer and Fall all of a sudden I am now spinning the 48* and 58* . I only use the 54* for sand play, but that too has become 2nd nature, just hit the club and there is no problem. The 58* lw has become my best scoring club next to the 48*. Golf is fun again.
My set has a gap between 46 and 50. No wonder I suck.
Eguller Probably get some high dollars on eBay. If you don't say anything in the description someone is bound to think they are early Tiger Woods milled irons.
