pellmell

That makes a lot more sense that they be GI heads like the P770/790 and similar designs

pellmell If they look like the Ping g700/710 irons then they are GI hollow bodies. If they are like the P790/770 they are not GI.

I think if they keep the price in the $400 to $500 range they will sell a bunch of them. Especially if they have a recognizable brand shaft. People love a good deal...

I have no need for the Callaway set that they sell, but I would be lying if I told you I had not thought about buying a set. You know, to just see if they are decent. ðŸĪŠðŸ˜

Somebody needs to buy a set and pass them around to whoever wants to try them. End of story!!!!!!!!

Par4QC I have seen that video. It is rare to find these in an actual Costco store, but I saw them once. Took all my willpower not to buy a set.

If they come in at the $450 or less price point, Subsonic will buy a set.

I can tell you that the idiots out there will drive the price up. Same the did with the KSig balls, Putters etc...

Sarnella I am pretty sure they didn't check with typhoon before they made the decision.😜

Damn right!!! The Callaway Edge box set is more in line with their customer that would be looking in a warehouse store for golf clubs.

And why would you plaster your name on the back of it like that?ðŸĪŪðŸĪŪðŸĪŪ

Bravopilot We need a PapaD review on them. Still looking for a project?

Yes. Somebody send me a set. I'll give them a go. 👍

Subsonic If they come in at the $450 or less price point, Subsonic will buy a set.

          What if it's $451? 😉

When they come out with a full hybrid set, PapaD is in.

sdandrea1 I was commenting on the wedges, not the irons since you made a comment on the wedges. Happy to send a set of the wedges, and putter if interested, brand new, never used. You swap out the shafts with graphite and let us know who they play. I get them back of course and pay for all parts/pieces.

Sounds like fun. I can test those wedges with steel in them. Send em! Putter too.
