My parents are in TN and are really wanting some good sourdough. I asked if she had ever made a mother dough for it and she complained it was too much work.
Well, if you want good sourdough, you are likely going to have to make your own, since nobody has any good stuff in TN!
For your bread, do you just have one type or a bunch? We have a stand mixer, but have not used it much (it came with the house, which is strange, but the old owners were only taking what fit into their car).
