Par4QC Spaghetti. Threw in a can of chili, onion flakes, garlic, and a can of tomatoes, along with the regular sauce. Will be eating it for the next week. 😅
johnnydoom Baby back ribs are on the smoker now. Just gotta wait about 4 - 5 hours until they're ready to eat!
LBlack14 Goldstar cheese coneys w/mustard and onion. The only thing on the planet I'll, specifically, ask for mustard on. Pineapple fried rice and a Costco pizza.
Rickochet LBlack14 Goldstar cheese coneys Is it Goldstar or Skyline that puts cinnamon in their chili? I think they call that recipe "Cincinatti Chili."
LBlack14 Rickochet I think they call that recipe "CinciNna ti Chili." 😁 Yep, both do, but Goldstar, not as much.
Par4QC Made a peach cobbler about 9 p.m. last night. If it was "The Breakfast of Champions", you would not want to go up against me today! 😅
SVonhof hobbit But a few weeks ago I did a single serve Beef Wellington that turned out great! Roasted carrots and potatoes to make it more than I could eat! Did you make it from scratch? I have wanted to do it, but it is a TON of work, so much so that most of the recipes I have seen have it broken into 2 different days for the prep and cook.
hobbit SVonhof Did you make it from scratch? I did. I had always wanted to try it but couldn't justify an entire beef tenderloin for just a few people. Once I saw the single serving version, I was in. I think next time I'd use a crepe instead of prosciutto, but that would add even another step. I may have over-cooked the mushroom duxelle a bit - another reason to try again.
Par4QC Typhoon Just did also. Some kinda packaged raw chicken meat that I threw a slice of cheese on, micro'd for 15 secs and wolfed down.
