It will be BLT's this evening with the bacon done on a griddle in the gas grill. I like to fry an egg in the leftover grease
on that same griddle. Makes a great sandwich. I'm contemplating also making hash browns with the left over grease on the griddle. I know, heart attack city but it will be good before that.

Walterjn I'll try the weave, but I gave up frying bacon a long time ago. I cook it in the oven on a foil lined sheet pan at 400 degrees for 10-15 minutes (entirely dependent upon the thickness of the cut).
