Contemplating which iron set to keep and play for 2023. Or should I go for something entirely different.

I have 3 sets of irons that I've invested in and want to focus on one this year.
Maybe you guys can help me think this through...

TM P770/790 4-AW that I was fit for in FEB 2021 and paid full retail for them - they were built 1/2" short and now feel short to me. My posture and swing have improved and now standard length irons feel better to me. Shafts R300 105VSS feel on the light side now. Swing weight was D2 so I changed to ultra light grips to get the swingweight up but now they are D7 and above. I like D5.5
I should have waited until mid-season to get fit because I was fitted when my swing was at it's worst. That's on me.
Callaway X Forged 18 - 3-PW with Recoil 110 f4 shafts - like pretty much everything about them - really loved the shafts but they can be demanding when course conditions are less than good. Swingweight D5.5
Good thing is I just traded old stuff in for this set so I'm not out a bunch of $.
Srixon Z785 - 4-PW with Nippon Modus 3 120S - Like everything about them except the condition and the 4 iron.
Picked them up just last month and really like the results from the last 3 rounds. If they were in better condition it might be an easier decision. Swingweight D5.5
Less than $250 invested in these so it's not the end of the world but I can get $350 return credit for them.

Do I tweak the TM's because of how much I've invested?

Do I keep playing the Srixons and replace the 4 iron with a hybrid?
Do I go back to the X Forged (played them from June 22 to Jan 23.

Do I just trade in the whole lot a get something entirely different?
