Walterjn You really need at least 3 putters…One in you bag, one for practice on rug and one in a dark corner of basement taking a “ time-out”. Rotate as needed…

I think of new irons, browse new irons, look up new irons etc… then I talk myself out of them. Why bother.

I actually talked myself out of hitting Golfers Warehouse and 2 Play it Again Sports stores because there was no need to be near people for no reason.

I wish I could do that. I love getting new irons even though I know I won't play any better with them. Replaced my Apex Pro Forged 16 last year with TM P770. No change in my iron game which is generally the better part of a bad game, but I had to have them! So shiny! I can ignore the next driver, but I have a wandering eye for irons. I try to offset this by keeping old sets to go back to, but they are less shiny so.....😞

Yeah, I don’t see any need for those PXG irons I’ve been ogling. I have Taylormade M5 and Cobra Radspeed SL irons now, and I really won’t see any gain on an iron investment until my swing improves. If I ever get off my ass and strap on that swing jacket that’s been sitting new in the box in my shop for over a month now, I may see a need for new irons. Until then I’ll keep buying ammo. Apparently I’ve gone from a golf ho to a gun ho…….

Par4QC No not yet. I saw the Rogue irons…meh. The Taylormade Stealth irons look nice…big improvement over the SIM

raggmann54 I have 2, one is in my bag, and the other is in the house, they are nothing alike, and the weight difference is noticable. I'm wanting to find one that I can set up exactly like the one in my bag, color and everything... Might help with my putting....😂

For the most part, the latest and greatest isn't gonna fix my game. Lessons might, but they're not shiney like the new clubs.

I do like to tinker though. I typically go for last years offering and modify to my taste. Kinda scratches the itch.

My latest driver (Mizzy STX) I got less than 1/2 of retail and it was still in plastic. I did have to buy an adapter in order to put my latest favorite shaft in, but that was part of the fun.

Always on the lookout. Ya never know what might show up!
