Bullshit again, you're 0-2 now.

There is always the risk of a season/career injury, BUT 99% of the time when that happens it is not intentional.

We are talking more specifically about INTENTIONALLY TRYING TO INJURE ANOTHER PLAYER. Sherman has done that twice just in the past month, and as a result I personally feel that he doesn't deserve his kneecaps. It seems you're having a difficult time following along here.

Hard hits are a part of the game. Cheap shots that level a defenseless player, or targeting a player to injure him - there is no excusing that. This has nothing to do with hard. It has everything to do with intent.

You' re the only one having a problem following along.

Here's a clue. You don't get to decide what is a legal hit. Again what was illegal about the hit you originally referenced? Another windbag post is not required if you can't answer the question.

That's not the hit that I'm referencing. The kicker (three weeks ago) and the packer receiver last week.

      Dirty, cheap plays.

I wish they'd have let John Chaney kick his ass in that press conference when he was at UMASS and Chaney was at Temple!! Remember that??

LBlack14 yes, remember watching it on sportscenter....UMass and temple, what conferences were they in then and now.....I believe it was conf USA back then, now 😕

I'm sure there have been more than one coach that has wanted to do that. Not a fan....can't wait til he retires.

sdandrea1 I am not an advocate of purposely going after a player with intent of injury. That's just bad sportsmanship.

What if that's the only way to do the job right to stop the advancing ?
Going after an advanced football player half heartily will not ensure to get the job done.

If you watch the replay on that incident, with the speed they're going at each other there is very little room for mercy and very little time to take another option if there is one.

Wilson got waxed pretty good several times , do we throw the other player out of the game or wish them break their knees ? Com'on.

You Sir, are full of it since you started the name calling !
Do what you want and good luck with your life... don't get shot on the roadway cause you're leading to that way, with your attitude and throwing your frustration around.

It was the A10/Atlantic 10 which Xavier moved to after they left the MCC.

Other than Sherman, who did I call a name? LOL... You crack me up! Now if you want me to call you a name so you can feel better - just ask. I doubt that I will, but it's always worth a shot to ask. LOL

Hey, bro - relax. We're just talking shit here. I don't like Sherman, I think he's a dirty player and no - I wouldn't lose sleep if he lost his kneecaps.

People are obviously entitled to disagree... but I think Sherman is the classic example WHY the NFL has a concussion protocol, and he not only doesn't have a problem with that - he wears it like a badge of honor.

He seeks out those season-ending hits, the targeting, the sensationalism. That's who Richard Sherman is. And the more I see of him - the more I wish someone would ring his fucking bell and send him to nighty night.

He coaches my team and I can't wait until he's outta there.

We had a shot at Billy Donovan, Donovan would've taken the job. He would've been a great fit at UK and would've run the program the right way.

One-and-done isn't just mutually exclusive to Calipari and UK, but he basically perfected the concept. And Division 1 college hoops hasn't benefitted from it whatsoever.

                But that's another story....

LBlack14 might be on a crash course again with Wisconsin....what a game a year ago, although you guys were on the wrong end of that Koenig 3 at the buzzer, we got our hearts ripped out by Notre Dame in the sweet 16, ugh, still hurts a little.

There is no tournament like March Madness. It is, by far, the best tournament of the year in any sport.

The excitement and drama just continues to deliver year after year after year.

PA-PLAYA agree, 1 and done is all over, even at respected places like Duke, who I hate with a passion, but KY is the worst offender, but they just keep coming. There is a place for developing talent over 4 years, Wisconsin has been doing it and been stellar in the dance the last 3 years, with no MacD all americans.....nothing pleased me more when they bounced KY from the tournament 2 yrs ago. Still a lot of good teams that can make a run.....that is the great thing about March madness,,,,there will always be guys like Calipari, but way more like Bo Ryan and Greg Gard, etc. doing it right.
