professor Many predetermine and grade younger QB's based upon past exploits, records and such from their college days.
Well, it is the reason they get drafted, sometimes as #1.
But...they came out of a system that most likely had been together for 4-5 years, and they 'jelled'. Otherwise that QB(possibly)would not have stood out as such. NFL teams are not really 'teams' imo. They are individuals looking for money and notoriety. Or so it seems sometimes. And when someone comes along that has been made to be a bit 'famous', if you will, the jealousy starts to show at times. Maybe we'll not let him be as good as he/and everyone thinks.
Yes, sometimes many factors play into why a player 'looks' bad. I do take all into consideration.
But we are not a part of any of the drafting or ownerships or coaching.
So we can tear anyone apart as we so desire🤣. Whenever they lose.
And shockingly, at times, we will also praise them when they win/do well.
Caleb has looked very good the last 2 games. Even with his typical blunders(NOT rookie mistakes!!).
He changed a play, and it cost them big.
He did not watch the clock. And it cost them the game.(maybe) Or at least a possible tie in reg..
Yet the coach got fired. So Caleb's blunders in that game show how bad it can be for someone. They can't fire him. Nor will they.
