Uh-oh. Accusations that the NFL knew about it and covered it up. And they say they have records to prove it.

"Diemert said in a phone interview with ESPN that their proof is "well documented" and previously had been "presented to the league." Diemert declined to say how much money was discussed.

Diemert told ESPN that she and Jackson stand by her tweet that the Browns paid several executives and Jackson bonus money to "tank" in 2016 and '17.

When pressed to be more specific, she said: "The Cleveland Browns had a four-year plan in place to not win games ..." and, when pressed again, she repeated that "there was a four-year plan put in place by ownership and executives which resulted in strategic losses."

The consensus seems to be Trey Lance isn’t ready, having only played one game in his last season before he was drafted. Yeah, Skip Bayless calls Jimmy G. Jimmy Gag. Lol

There’s several teams that will be interested. Hearing Pittsburg and the Bucs the most. Sounds like you’re a 49ers fan. Maybe Aaron will come to San Francisco?

Then if the past is prologue look for Aaron to have an MVP season and gag in the playoffs. 😎 If John Lynch had taken Brady up on his offer to play for the 49ers (which is widely speculated), they’d have another Super Bowl. 😉

Brady would’ve loved to have finished his career in San Francisco.

Sneakylong Yes huge Niners fan! I would've loved to have Brady in SF. And maybe Rodgers before this season, but I feel like he's fallen off the deep end.

Trey will be ready for next season. Sure there will be growing pains but Jimmy makes several egregious mistakes every game so us Niners fans would be happy with just a few less mistakes from Trey with way higher upside as a playmaker.

Here in Chicago when Lovie was the bears hc, we bitched and moaned about him constantly. As it turned out, he was the best hc here since Ditka.

Another Fun Fact: It’s been 23 years since a QB was the MVP of the NFL and won the Super Bowl in the same year (Kurt Warner 1999). That streak will probably continue.

The consensus seems to be that Aaron Rodgers will win the MVP this year. Good argument for Brady as well. Joe Burrow wouldn’t be a bad choice either.

My vote for mvp would be Cooper Kupp. His stats this year are unreal. Realize he probably won't.

Cupp is deserving. I’d go with Brady, but I’m bias.😉Burrow has a good argument as he’s taken his team the farthest from where they’ve been like forever.

Bottom line to me is if Kupp does not win this year then WR position won't win it. Let's face it ... It's part stats and part popularity contest, meets part who the key media people are puting out there for names. Rodgers does not deserve MVP over Kupp or Brady, although I'd argue as I did above that he and Brady are neck and neck, that's a tough call, but IMO that should lead way to Kupp winning it. I mean is Matthew Stafford even in the discussion? Kupp's year is pretty much once in a lifetime stuff and should be rewarded. His year exceeds all the other candidates and IMO there is a clear separation!
