johnnydoom Agreed, does not look fun and I expect slightly more than $12.
2021 Ryder Cup
Meh. Gets fired up about not getting a gimme on this last hole and promptly slices it into the fescue.
ode For me, the Ryder Cup is also fan participation and I don' think Whistling Strait has that due to terrain and layout.
ValueGolf - there have been a lot of 2 footers not conceded in this competition. Garcia was a little irked on the first hole in Match #1 yesterday. I don't think the TV cameras are doing justice to the breaks on some of these putts. I couldn't believe Thomas's drive there.

Bravopilot a valid point. I think in this case the course is so good for this type of event, the two sides accept the elements for the fans that might not be ideal. Having been there it is a pain to get around in spots, but their are spots that are fabulous for watching shots, multiple holes. I had the opportunity to go x2 but could not have gotten out of work, nor would I have went. Too many people to make it worthwhile to watch the way that I prefer.
Apparently there's a few local Cheeseheads that are well lubed already. Several Euro's have stopped to glare at the crowd after striking the ball. Not cool.

Not having the Euro fanbase is a BIG disadvantage for team Europe.
Plus Wisconsin is major beer consuming state .
Neither Thomas nor Spieth could get the ball out of the greenside bunker and picked it up to concede the hole. Welcome to my world <chuckle>.
This seems a silly argument by Koepka, looks bad too.

Sounds like he was right and did hit the drainage grate. Didn't hurt him though so that's good.
garyt1957 If he was so concerned about hurting himself after he lost the ruling, pick the ball up and drop, but he didn't. Why the lengthy argument? Now, if this was done by the Euros I would have thought it an intentional delay tactic--which is an unfair bias on my part.
Sergio still has a great iron game, US in scrambling mode seems like every hole.
Hovland's putter went cold. Speith/Thomas got some help.
Steve Sands is terrible at interviewing, always.
Rahm is a butt kicking machine. Don't tell me that the POY snub didn't put a chip on his shoulder.
Cue the fat lady
Not a Brooks fan but I agreed with him on this one. How can you rule on a club path when you have no clue what path Brooks was going to take. Sure enough he was razor close to jamming it on the trench wall.
ValueGolf Understand, and yet he hit the shot after stating it could/will injury him. To me, he didn't believe what he was stating.
About as one sided as it gets, sure didn't see this coming.
Not having much fan support from Europe HAS to be a factor......
But the young guns from the US are fearless on the greens, seems like they can make every important putt.
