Pressure may be on the US player who doesn't get a point or half.

Pretty impressive performance by a bunch of young first time Ryder Cup Americans! Way to represent your country!

I think this award should go to DJ and Rahm....both guys went all 5 rounds and played their butts off!

Kudos to the forum members that commented on the Captain's picks, contemplated and then chosen, and the importance of the ability to have clutch putting in their arsenal. There were makeable putts missed by America's young guns, sure, but no one got down on themselves with the flat stick. Both teams burned, or lipped out of, the cup all weekend but many more fell for Team USA. I mentally made a note early on in the matches that it looked like the tables had turned after watching the Yanks have so many near misses on the greens in competitions past and now I was watching the same fate unfold for the Euros. I watched as much, or more, golf this weekend than I get in for golf's majors. Beyond exciting for me.

On the Captain's picks it became very evident why Stricker chose Scheffler. Teamed with DeChambeau who else can you team Bryson with and have them both blossom. Whistling Straits definitely favored the long bombers and good wind players over shorter hitters. ie Na. Stricker did an admirable job and shook off the old guard way of thinking. Job well done by the whole team.

Dufferman. yea good to see them dump all the old losers, now they're Captains and vice Captains. What's their speech, " Go out and do what we never could "?

Don't know much about Euro golf, but they may be in trouble for awhile. Their stalwarts are getting really old and their younger guys didn't impress

        sdandrea1 Koepka......your thoughts?

Seemed like the same as always. I still admire the way he plays and I didn’t mind his protest over the drain ruling if there actually was a drain anywhere near his swing path. Rahm and Garcia got the best of him this weekend, but they had to play some great golf to do it from what I saw.

sdandrea1 Not so sure about Koepka......your thoughts? I like him a tad less now.

I was a big Koepka fan, he seems like a primma donna now. I respect his game (and even that doesn't seem as good) but he's kinda lost me.

azgreg That looked a little more sincere then the first one on the course. They're still not double dating anytime soon
