meagain No doubt it can work. But, you need access to complete hosel area; heat goes up, not down.
And, need to get rid of the socket head cap screws; be able to tighten by hand, no wrenches needed. Buyers are clueless/clumsy, sometimes, esp. newbies wanting to learn/do it themselves. I've found this out selling the clamps & spine finders. You do not want them to be able to lay blame back on the maker/seller for their screwed up shafts.
