Other than hand size which would be true for any grip.....The whole thing with jumbo grips from a usage and fitting perspective is do you use a grip where the grip is in your palms more or in your fingers. And another fitting perspective are you double plane or single plane. I see single planers get more use out of larger grips as most would have the grip more in the palms.
One other area that most don't consider are you a golfer that has more tension in your wrists use you lower body and turn with more locked wrists. The large grips in your palms would appeal to you.
All this stuff is individual and like all fitting of golf equipment is personal and it's never a one size fits all. Though equipment manufacturers would put all of their stuff in one bucket and have you believe oh hell yes Bryson uses JumboMax you should to though they don't go into why Bryson is using Jumbo grips with his single plane swing.
