Too many moving parts...Jesus Christ. Every day golfers will be changing shit....I think...but then again I read that people buy adjustable drivers and never adjust them.
Who the f#&k buys a Wilson driver anyway?

I want one.
I have several adjustable drivers. I tried all the adjustment on the driving range and faithfully tried a few setting on the golf course.
Frankly, they all went back the the standard setting, simply because the std setting felt the best. Not sure why, the other setting felt "not right" when I come through the golf ball..... maybe it's all between the ears ?
Anyway, the single biggest benefit for the adjustable hosel is, for me anyway, the ease of changing different shafts in and out of the head. No more extracting, cleaning, epoxy, and wait for the curing. 10 seconds and I have another set up.
All the gizmo like the transformers did nothing to my game. The moving weights is a gimmick to cover up imperfection caused by faulty golf swing. The only benefit I see with the sliding weight is the change of the weight distribution, nothing more.
I'm not sure, maybe the Wilson Staff Triton will sale to those looking for a quick fix. I am thinking the market had been flooded with all these miracle fix for years already , that certainly would take away some of the impact of this product.
I kinda skimmed the article. What's the price?
The driver will retail for $450.
Opinion: It's a marketing hype shark tank knockoff to create yet another driver that won't hit the ball any straighter or farther than anything else on the market and a show for the GC to fill air time and sell ads. The OEMs just continue to make changes for the sake of making changes.
Prediction: Wilson will pay one or more of their staffers to bag one and a few suckers will buy them. Next year, it will be some other gimmick.
I'm surprised no one tried the smooth face or the vertical grooves.
How long is the patent protection in this country anyway ? 10 years ?
When the cost is lower with the more resilient composite material in the near future, we shall see a one piece head with internal weighing all "printed in" with the nano printing technology.
Wouldn't that be the trick to order any color, logo and special features all from the "print shop" ?
Like I said before...Who the f@%k buys a Wilson driver?
....and a $450 one at that
Wilson better prepare more funding for settlement.
I hope they get some from TGC, I don't see this driver gross over a couple of million unless it found the way to sneak by the conforming board.
Yeah, who cares about score lines on a driver face?

From an email sent out by TGC.......
