azgreg Dang that's heavy and probably quite stout. I used the Wishon R and I think they were maybe 100g cut. I maybe tipped them Firm, but don't think I ever went S in the woods. I haven't hit a 7 wood decently since then. I have 75g shafts in the woods now, but I do add 20-25g backweights. I would love to use 85g in a 7w, but as you say they are pricey and it's hard to even find S flex in the heavier graphite.
