VigilanteTrail it does look good....not a fan of the cut out top....but understand with these multi piece heads there is not much to be done about that.

ode I'm wondering the why of a 25g backweight vs. only 5g forward.
Was it planned? That is a huge diff, leading me to think that rear section of the head is very thin.

The PING G430 MAX 10K driver comes standard with a 28-gram, fixed back weight. This heavy, non-moving tungsten weight is crucial for positioning the center of gravity low and deep to achieve a record-setting MOI (moment of inertia) over 10,000 g-cm².

VigilanteTrail I played it at that length, with the tip weight, to make the shaft flex more for me.
Tried that with an X flex LinQ shaft also. Was like slapping a tree trunk bare handed.😖

Typhoon

Going through some driver shafts to see what’s what. All indoors. The other week was the HOF Express and HZRDUS Green. HOF can go on the chopping block. HZRDUS green while heavier didn’t feel heavier and it was good. Yesterday was my old Di6. Liked the feel and numbers and then it snapped in the butt section on the downswing. So that’s trash now. One less shaft to worry about😂

Next up is the Taylormade TP Fuji Fuel 60 from a Rocketballz2 driver and the new KBS TD 50. I have a feeling these 2 will be good as well.

This Alpha RX460 on the HZRDUS is the real deal. 14 degree fairway finder. Tee it low and swing away. Impressive for old tech. 👍

Don’t know why these popped into my head but Felon Wedges. All the pics I see of them they look awesome, like a Callaway x forged/Roger Cleveland design. I know they are illegal, but so are the old Pings…. Anyone here know if they are crazy on spin?

Typhoon Yes, with a good urethane ball, they even had me spinning the 52 degree back on greens on longer shots. Have gone to wider sole wedges the last few years, so gave up on them, but they're worth a try

No wedge but, I had a Felon driver, it was marginally longer than my Adams Speedline Tech, made a loud noise at times when struck on the center above the equator.
