Rental club set today…

Elyte Driver- 10.5 w/Haz Smoke 50g 5.5 flex
Not a fan…No Thanks…Sound sucked…feel was okay…shaft didn’t fit me

Elyte FW’s - 5 wood is a brilliant club!

Elyte 4 Hybrid - okay & fine but nothing special

Elyte HL irons w/KBS Max 80 steel
Easiest damn 5 iron I have hit in I don’t know how long!

Opus wedges - They are fine but nothing super special IMHO

VigilanteTrail Nice place apparently! When I used to tag along on the wife’s work trips I’d call ahead and see what the rental sets were at the courses I wanted to play. Always had nice sets and played the same as I did with my own set. I think using new clubs I played better because the irons were longer so it was the equivalent of the mantra “take one more club into the green.”

Was lucky and made it outside for 18 holes today…mucho windy & hit out of the sand like 5 times…but still managed to scrape out an 89 🤮

O = First cut on right side - average - still got GIR
XX = Middle of FW (twice) long - just a touch lower trajectory
Center = 7 times…No explanation needed

Used the same HOF shaft at the same length as I had in my LTDx…I always hit that combo very consistently. This Max K head is within 1 gram of that LTDx head 👍🏻
