Eguller Plan to use the same NV Proto shaft I assume ?
I will eventually, yes. I plan to keep all the shafts and heads, so I'm in no hurry to test all configs quickly. I'll be in temp living very soon for about 3 months and then moving in and setting up household, etc. I'll probably curtail the ho-ing until fall.

What the hell??? I was making space in my bag for them...

Welp...the economy is getting ready to go to hell.

For apples-apples comparison of the heads, gotta use same shaft. Take both shafts out. Play 9 with each. It. Is. The. WAY!

I know. Sorry man. Gonna be temp living in a finished basement of a family member. Limited space, no workbench, only 1 golf bag. I have to actually behave. Come late summer, the gates will open.

No club hoeing till late summer??? If you need to borrow some of my anti-depressant or anti-anxiety meds let me know...Don't want you getting the "shakes" for the next 4 months...
Thanks! Might start . Hopefully I'll be distracted by moving, home building logistics.

Just want to say the House of Forged Ninja LD 240 I got from Logicalone is awesome. I left it uncut so the playing length is 47.5β in my G425 LST 9 degree. Much more accurate than I planned on, spin was perfect, not too low where I had to loft up and no ballooning. Looked to be long. I could play this as my gamer if I played.

First time out with the PXG 0211 Xcor2 irons. Very happy so far. This is my first hollow body goo-filled iron and I gotta say the sound and feel is soft. I hit the front of a 158y par 3 with the 7i that rolled to the middle. That's insane distance for me (caveat: the 7i is 37.5" long and 27 degrees).Final hole today was a 115 y par 3 with a back pin. I hit the W (HIGH) to the center and it rolled just back to pin high. Again, longer distance for me. Made the 2!
I did struggle a bit with the 7i off of the really tight lies, but once I remembered to swing the club versus hitting the ball, it performed nicely. I doubt I'll get the 6i. The SW is great as a turf wedge around the greens and works great out of the bunkers. I think I'm in .
I have now "extensively" tried the Paradym X head and the Rogue ST Max Draw head on all three shafts (Cypher 40, Aldila Ascent 40 and the Aldila NV HL 50). Heads both set on -1 loft, D face angle (or lie angle?). The clear winning combo on sound, feel, distance and accuracy is the Paradym X head on the Aldila Ascent shaft.
