I am hoping to get out for more than one day this year. Dino would be nice, Southern is on my shortlist. Superstition would be interesting too. TPC is a priority this year.

Greyhawk and Keirland are a couple more. Maybe Rancho Manana?

A challenge my compadre, or a forfeit?
    Just a ?
Btw I Know you don't like the course.
How about we play that course north of Scottsdale where Baab could run you over with the cart?
Perhaps ... Just a memory and an ingrained thought. 😎🤑😭

Just a thought on the XX anniversity of Desert Storm. I admit that I don't have the greatest memory, but I did join FGI on 11-07-2001. The member who joined before me, one day before, was brsmith.
Got the chance to meet Brad at the first Chicago outing where I also met Rory, Bioupirate, Rcw, and I think zeroputt. Plus my memory is thinking of Midas. This happened in May of 2002.
And I am being totally remiss, in that ms xb and I were checking into the hotel and I met in person my first FGI'er the one and only Sandbagger.
And later that year in Sept. during DS I, I was fortunate to be able to talk to the bagger, but also Nick, and that crazy Scottsman Alex. Oh and my first conversation with one of the best Fgi/Buzzers there has to this day ever been. My friend ,
      Baab.
20 years have elapsed ... Not all memories.

I was an outcast as I came from GEA. (Along with Mr. Happy). I really didn't know anyone when we met at Dinosaur Mt.

But since then, I've made friends for life. Pat, Baab, Jamz, Masters, Pete and Many, Many More. But my Best Friend from that time is Tel. Anyone who's met him knows why.

I've visited him in the UK, He's stayed with us here in The States. I have more stories than time to tell them with the Limey. We still stay in regular contact. And once the Pandemic is over, I hope to see him again!.

        I can't wait for DSXX!

          FauxAmish brsmith.

He seems to have gone off the grid the last year or so.
          🙁

I didn't mind it but for the $5 coffee.

A tight track so the bombers didn't care so much for it.
I think dead-eye John from Kentucky took all the skins money that day....Ali had us booked on Wildfire for the pm round pretty quickly though

It was more than just layout that people were not impressed with at Rancho Manana. Conditions played a role as well.
While its a fine course for a regular weekend round, it is not what people come to the desert for. I'm steering clear unless there is overwhelming desire.

          Tentative:
Wednesday afternoon - TPC Scottsdale, Stadium
Thursday - Quintero (36 holes if you want)
          Friday - TBD
          Saturday - TBD

Haven't played Grayhawk in a few years so leaning towards it for one of the days. Still gathering preferences for another - or two more if Grayhawk doesn't make the short list.

CallMeAl I was an outcast as I came from GEA. (Along with Mr. Happy)

Just think about all that Mr. Happy has missed out on the past 20 years. If only he were a little more happy! Lol

Limey I'd like to but I will be in Turkey for Workey and someone else’s wedding.

We better get a video chat that week at least!
