johnnydoom Understand, my mom made liver a few times, never liked it. The one I never liked and will not eat now is mixed vegetables. Sometimes she made it with cheese on top which made it worse. She had it hard, six kids to feed each and every day, no thanks. 6 in 10 years, not sure what they were thinking or not thinking at all. The Catholic vibe was in play there somewhere. 😎
Don't mind cottage cheese, have not had it in some time as I have not thought about, now I will buy some. So, thanks for that sir. Not sure cottage cheese is big seller in New Mexico.
