Besides, it is very good for you. Rich in calcium, and very high protein content @ 28g/cup.....diet food if you are on such. Low calories compared to other cheeses.
Have to get the right milk fat content. I usually go with 2 or 4 but lately it seems they are all the same for some reason.
Mix with tomatoes, even applesauce. Lasagna is great with cottage cheese instead of ricotta, etc..
Use it as a dip alone, or mixed with other ingredients. Used to be my go to late night snack when I ate a lot of chips. (got off that crap)
It can be high in sodium though, if needing to be careful of such.
