...and, here I thought you'd visited Toulon Ridge.
EDIT: I gotta share this quick story. When I ended up cancelling my insurance with my old agent, I got this mysterious final bill from Progressive. I called about it and spent 30 minutes with a customer service rep who was growing increasingly frustrated with the nature of the call. She put me on hold multiple times and told me that there was nothing she could do and this was a charge from my old agent and I'd have to work it out with her.
I didn't like hearing that because my former agent became quite petty when I told her I was no longer her customer after 12 years. I was bound and determined that there was NO way I was ever paying this final bill they'd sent to me as it made no sense and they couldn't explain why I owed.
To make a long story, already, shorter... I had a dance with my former agent who sent me back to Progressive. Had another long convo with a bamboozled customer service rep and I ended up with his supervisor. After about 45 minutes, the supervisor concluded that although she could completely understand my side of it, there was NOTHING she could do. I was defeated. I told her I would NEVER pay the bill and not to think she'd won anything. ๐
You know how it ended? My wife got involved and went online and paid the bill. So, I guess, in the end, I didn't pay it...but Toulon Ridge was NOT defended and I'm still reeling. Where were you then? ๐
