I took off the compression shirt I had on all day for warmth and felt much better. Don’t know why the shirt had me feeling awful. I’m warmer without it on

    I get that feeling from plain compression shirts too. Must be the material. A Nike Thermawarm compression shirt doesn't do it cause it has that fleece like lining. But a plain compression shirt does.

      Eguller I looked up why it would happen… because I like to know how and why a lot. Basically If you overdress inside the house you end up cold. Weird but it was correct. I was in the house wearing a t shirt, cold gear long sleeve, waffle texture shirt, and a hooded sweatshirt. So I took off the cold gear amd the hooded sweatshirt and I was warmer.

                      That's they way I handle spring and fall yard cleanup too. I strap the 30+ gallon Rubbermaid trash containers on my golf cart trailer using bungees. It's easy to unhook at the city leaf dump/composting site.
