raggmann54 .If the players want courses where they can score a -30
Being very honest here, but you made me think about watching these PGA/LPGA tournaments. I don't think I've ever given a thought as to what a final score might be, or even should be, or even want it to be. I, more or less, just watch to see the shots made and follow certain players, if any are in that interests me.
I do not want to be watching hacking/gouging only to see the ball move a few yards; amateurs do that daily. I know the announcers will say they were 'great shots', even if only 20 yards was accessed. Plus, when a player does hit a really good drive, lands in the FW, only to have it just roll off the last few revolutions, and be buried where a spotter has to flag it....that is nothing short of plain ol' bullshit. Great drive= penalization??? Not to mention when a player makes a great read, great stroke on the green....only to have it roll slowly by then 40 yds. back down the FW, or into a bunker. And that may be from only 3', barely stroked!!
That's SIM golf......manufactured and artificial. Not something Pros should be made to play.
Wondering now....if they may plant bushes in all bunkers? π€
