They have 'demanded' 5" rough and 15 on the stimpmeter for greens. And....over Par for the winning total.
Not quite as tough and demanding as the members play the course...If the players want courses where they can score a -30 for a US Open there are some executive courses not too far away - they can play those on the weekend...Otherwise, they can practice up, put their egos in the locker, pull up their big boy under gutchies and show us what they got...
