Subsonic Spray paint is a little amateurish, sdandrea1 is a pro at HOing, Grape Nuts, playing in tournaments using scoring methods I've never heard of and I can only assume painting. So a brush is the right technique here. Of course, pics or didn't happen.

I almost feel bad we talk about him like this. Almost.😀 Just hoping he doesn't find the next great putter soon under $400.

Bravopilot Just hoping he doesn't find the next great putter soon under $400.

He's been known to buy and sell without even seeing or touching the club - sort
of a flipping, drop ship deal. Counts !! 🧐😉

Eguller He is a more mature, wiser HOer now, that was in the past when he was younger, say 67ish. Very comfortable in his skin and his bag(s). Subsonic thinks he may keep his current clubs for the year--might have paraphrase him wrong, not sure.🤔 Keeping the faith in front of what others see as overwhelming odds.

The Nome reminds me of Macro Golf's Square Stroke.

And, this thread inspired me to think I need this one, again.

So I'm going to paint the center insert (it's removable). Choices on the shelf in the garage are black, yellow, orange, blue. Black and blue would get a white stripe. Orange and yellow would get a black stripe. Preference? The blue matches the grip perfectly.

Bravopilot I have seen papaD relapse so many times... This is the HOLY Grail!! Only to be replaced by some other putter he pulled out of a barrel at PIAS. He is always on the verge of a relapse...

          Maybe time for an Intervention...

Looks like a little TLC is in order before the paint job. Black or Blue with an antique white stripe.
Classy or match the grip is cool. It would sell better with black/white. 👍🙄

Eguller With my new rotation to Las Cruces, play year around. I play locally year around too for that matter. Hoarding my money to fund bribes in the near term.

sdandrea1 Prior to a couple days past, I'd say who cares, just get another. Love them for the day. Be careful please. Love them for six months. No doubt the time frame needs to be re-considered.

It has been my experience that a bit
of TLC gets a positive response from my clubs.

          sdandrea1 I'm proceeding cautiously.......poon leakage is always a risk.

Uhhhhh. Too late. Check the pic - Poon leakage is happening. 😉

How about 'blueing' or rusty patina instead with deep gray stripe (cuts glare) ?
