I'm just glad I live in the upper Midwest, where a 'winter storm' means cold/ice/snow. Can't imagine living down South, esp. LA, and having what the weather people called a 'winter storm'.....and get hammered with tornadoes.
Where TF do they get these weather forecasters, and who taught them, that a 'winter storm' consisted of tornadoes???
