KCee There is a place that opened in Billerica and it’s like that with help…. The kid tending bar is also on SIM duty. Doesn’t work too well.

Depending on the Sim and if ball /clubhead data is measured or calculated, you will get what you got. Our Sims would read driver distance too low, but our system breaks down adjustments. We can adjust driver, mid irons, short irons. So our settings have driver boosted so it reads correctly

Typhoon Honestly it was fine for me and fun. I normally prefer the covered range with the shot tracer, but it's been so cold that going there is not fun. The overhead heater just doesn't cut it and hitting a white ball out into the white snow is tough to track. That said I may hit some balls there tomorrow before the trip to try to stay loose.

KCee I’m at our place 3 days a week working but I hit balls while I’m working. Towards the end of the night usually a couple friends come by and we play. I like using it just to keep swinging and make sure ballflight looks ok

Second round of the year today so I'm still rusty. I managed to get through 15 holes with no worse than a double bogey and kept it under 100.

A pleasant day on the course for February, upper 50's low 60's and overcast. There was hardly anyone on the course. We must have been the third group out for the day. A single ahead of us and we caught up to foursome on 11 and they let us play through on 13. It was CPO but we managed to play 18 in 3:20. Not too bad considering.

67 degrees. Went out alone. Got around in 2.5 hours. 39/41. Beautiful day👍

Indoor Golf round. Desert course Peligro Range, shot -6. Fun course . Didn’t have my clubs, played out of the bags of the 2 guys I played with. Was fine hitting a set of Mavriks with r300 elevate shafts and the other guys set of Nike pro combos with DGpro s300 shafts and undersized grips. The Mavriks are possible the clickiest irons ever.

Went around my little exec par 3 a few times today. Most of that was spent trying to not overswing, and learn the odd wind pattern that showed up today. Wind was blowing from the opposite direction. It was definitely a 2 club breeze.
The last round, I was even par through hole 5. Double bogey on 6, birdie on 7. Then I screwed up and double bogey on 8, with a bogey on 9 to finish the round off. It was a fantastic day if golf, mid 70s, warm breeze, plenty of sun.

After some pretty good ball striking but terrible putting rounds the last two rounds were 87-89 mostly because I suddenly can't hit my driver 200 yards. Most are going 175! Feel like good contact but they're going high and short. Must be adding tons of spin?
So we start off yesterday and more of the same, 175 yard drives. Makes it impossible to score always having a 4H or 5W into greens. So about the 5th hole I start experimenting and decide to just baseball swing it, Bam! 220. Hit every FW the rest of the way and even my mishits would go 200. WTF?
Hit the last 4 greens in reg on the front and hita bunch more on the back that just rolled off due to hard greens. Never fixed a ball mark and I hit it high. Shot 41-43 again due to weak putting (36) and indifferent short game. My golf game will always be me trying to find another short term fix I guess.

garyt1957 Gary, is everything shorter? I don’t know how your weather is there but for me early and late in the year my driver is not going as far but my irons are ok

I was low guy except for the last day....where I was 3rd lowest. LOT of winter rust in the group. I think everyone is getting too old to drink that much for more than 1 day as well....I know I am. I had low score the 1st day (only 2 of us under 100 lol). Played Skins Day 1 and I won nothing. After that various 2-man team matches. I had 2 firsts and a second and won side bets every day so I did come out ahead.

Typhoon a little shorter but driver is ridiculously shorter. I mean Florida is at sea level so there is that. But not 30 yards.

garyt1957 Yeah. That’s a lot. Sis you look to see if the driver face is cracked? It can happen to anyone. Check the shaft too, down by the tip. Do you have another driver to compare it to? You’re on vacation so maybe still a little rusty?

Typhoon no no cracks in driver,I had two with me and both were really short. I'm thinking maybe hitting down too much so a ton of spin? Such is my golf life
