Well, not today, but yesterday.
Shot even par 36 on the front 9. 3 birdies (all par 5's) and 3 bogeys. Was planning to play 18, but hit a roadblock on #7. Apparently it was senior 6 man scramble day or something. Waited around to finish the first 9, but the back 9 was packed every hole with groups of 6 playing best ball scramble from the ladies tees. Just couldn't muster the desire to wait. Thought about going back to 1 and playing the front again, but it was starting to get backed up as well.
Anyway, pretty good day of golf considering it was my first time out in a month. Hit the driver exceptionally well. Didn't hit every fairway, but hit the ball pretty much on line every time. A few holes you can't aim down the middle or you will be in water/trouble if you have any length at all.
Good news is, school finished up on Thursday this past week. Should have a lot more golf time for the next few months!
