Yeah, we had a late tee time at 8:29 and it started pouring just before we went out. So we had a delay and it was cart path only. Then we had some off and on light rain and it was windy and a little chilly at times. I kept putting my rain shirt on and off all morning.
Plus we got stuck between two twosomes with a foursome ahead of the twosome. It turned out to be over a 4 1/2 hour round. Needless to say I was a little agitated at times.
Fox Hollow is my former home course (member for over 10 years). We haven’t played there since the rates went up after Christmas. Now that they’re back down we'll play there more often.
Anyway, the starter who I know said they’ve been real busy averaging 220 a day. Ironically Covid has been a boom to the golf industry. Edwin Watts manager in Palm Harbor said this past year was the best year he can remember.
