Me and 3 old friends took on 18 today. At start, it was only 49*, which is the lowest temp I've ever played in, but they insisted. Luckily, very low wind & it did warm up to 54 before we got done. Thanks to these 3 old friends, I carded a nice 1 over, 73. Had some really long drives, a couple the longest of the season(on those holes), and only missed 2 fws. Only 1 birdie, 2 bogies.
I did snap a couple pics of the fellas......
The old guy in the middle, 1st pic, was almost missing a limb when I discovered him hiding last night. A bit of doctoring up, and he was good as ...well, as good as he was 15 yrs. ago, when purchased for $1, no tax. Found the iron heads while digging thru some boxes last week and have played them(7-PW) the last 5 rounds, with great success. Fall is my 'silly season' and it is fun.👍
