Played this weekend, decided to just keep the ball in play, ie, not hit driver. I was hitting missiles with the hybrids so it was great, shot 41 on the front with the first 5 holes all being a 5, one par 3 and one par 5 in there. Really good round for the worst greens I have ever played on and having played only 2x this year.
The back started the same and then my lefts came back to me, really started having trouble at 13, but got it sort of figured out for 17 and had the shot of the day on 18. Score was out the window so I pulled driver and put it on the green from 312 yards out, with a pretty steep incline. I wound up about 15ft away, dead on the pin, but missed the putt. I took a picture, but for some reason I keep getting errors when I try to post, so you will have to take my word for it. There were some college kids in front of us who drove back to congratulate me on the drive 😂, felt good to not suck.
