Hoss7504 Uncle @sdandrea1 posted a how-to. I found a site that sold a .370 drill bit, clamped the head with a bunch of padding, and drilled down the hosel real slow with also applying a little bit of drilling oil. Worked great for me!

Do not use a common 3/8" twist bit. Get a proper reaming bit. A twist bit can easily get hung up and send shit flying everywhere. Plus it will not get to the bottom of the bore since it has a point on it. A reaming bit is flat on the bottom and will chew small pieces of the steel away as it goes down.

Walking bag
Ok here is the bag for this year. Can change out some hybrids with either a 5 or 6 iron.

Wedges: Vokey 54* 10 bounce S grind
Vokey 58* 12 bounce D grind
Putter: ZEN
Built most of them last year, so no changes to the bag for 2021...
Who recognizes the hybrid? Oldest club in my bag and in no danger of being replaced (I have a backup head if I ever need a 'new' one) 
. The putter is hard to see, its a Ping Scottsdale TR Grayhawk.
Only new thing in my bag is a range finder. Splurged for the image stabilization - Nikon CoolShot Pro.
sdandrea1 Not sure this picture helps with the putter wager going on. One in the bag is the Ping, you have a CAG (don't think that is in the clamp) plus the one in VA. Is that a putter in the very nice clamp there? Maybe SWMBO's?
