I noticed that someone posted about having these in another thread. I didn't want to thread jack, so I've started this thread.
From those who have played these heads, what was your experience? I've looked at them and thought they looked interesting. I've always thought (with no proof or scientific basis) that the same shaped head would provide a more consistent feel from iron to iron than even a single-weight/length would.
I find that I'll sh--k a full (sometimes even partial) swing SW/LW 100 times more often than I'll will any other iron. In fact, I can't remember ever sh--king any other iron. That goes for single-length wedges. The only thing I can think of is that it has something to do with the shape/CG. I'm not ruling out that it's in my head, but the tendency has existed for years, so I think it's something physical.
The one concern I have is that I'm sure there is something functional about the shape of the wedges that you would lose with the Powerbars.
