What makes Augusta relevant is it's history, mystique, the pressure to play well there, and the high quality field.
Augusta still relevant
If it weren't for all the mud balls, scores would be lower yet.
Soft greens turned the Masters into a dart competition.
Nope, not relevant. Will be a public course by March. You should go and start a line to play.
Artificial golf. Even the bird sounds are piped in. Sand isn’t sand, pine needles are imported in , I like a well manicured course but golf is supposed to be played in a natural setting. Might as well just Astro turf the place and be done with it.
Lol. Lighten up.
Tinker is the Masters still a relevant test for one of the 4 top tournaments?
Why, yes I do think the Masters is still a relevant test. Yard for yard, it is still one of the toughest and uniquely challenging tests of all phases of a players skill set.
Yeah, and play the reds, lol.
rsvman2 eah, and play the reds, lol.
'Condi' Rice doesn't think the red tees are funny. She didn't have any fun playing from the member tees.
In real life I’m a pretty good guy at a party. I just get critical at over hyped, over marketed things.
