Sent a box to Landon and checked tracking this a.m.. It was in NY, after being in CT.**** I shudder to think what will happen to it when it hits the Cincy dist. center(as bad as they come anywhere!!)

I've got a box coming from ColeJ. It was in Des Moines(11:47) last night, then 3 miles from me at the local dist. center early a.m.(1:45). Then it was in Des Moines again.(9:39a.m.) 🤪Then it's back in Des Moines again(2:30 p.m.) TF???

****I see it is now in NJ. 😄 East Coast shuffle.

      I have a package on the way that when tracking stopped, it was in Chicago Distribution (20th).
      Today tracking was updated saying it passed through a Canadian Facility (it's a holiday here today)
      I bet it's here Wed at the latest.
      Canpost is still pretty good to me.
      USPS is meh, but nothing as bad as what's been posted here, so far.

      I have one that arrived in Phoenix, came to my city of Chandler, went back to Phoenix, on to Scottsdale, and now is back in Phoenix. It is my daughters main birthday present that is needed by this coming Sunday. I called my local post office and had them tag it for coming to my address. They have 5 days to get it here. It is 30 miles away. Fingers crossed it makes it.

      I ordered something last week on the first. It was shipped on the third from Minnesota going to St. Louis, approximately 530 miles. I just checked on it and it left San Francisco this morning. WTF?

      **This case has not been resolved. This is in response to your inquiry regarding the delivery of a package. Please accept our sincere apology for any inconvenience this matter may have caused you.

      The Postal Service is aware of the frustration and disappointment caused when we do not live up to our commitment of safe and reliable mail service.

      According to the tracking number, there hasn't been any additional scanning activity on this package since it left Milan, IL on 5/19. Which means, it is sitting in a processing plant waiting in line to be processed. This package is not lost. All the processing plants in our area are still behind with processing packages. We have been slowly receiving packages that were mailed out as far back as the beginning of March. That's not saying that it will take your package that long to get here. We are kindly asking customers to please be patient with us. Our processing plants are trying their best to get caught up. Unfortunately, there is nothing that we can do to get this package to its destination any quicker. We will continue to monitor the tracking number and keep you updated with any new information.

      An apology is no substitute for good service, but I want to offer one on behalf of the Postal Service. We appreciate your reporting this matter to us. It helps to know the kinds of difficulties our customers have so we can work toward improvements.         sdandrea1 This an odd sort of deal though. It's not a club nor clamp, but just a couple of the rubber strips for the clamp jaws. Somehow, I got to come up with enough paperwork showing how it cost me $50, in order to file a claim on these bastards. 😄

          Order from Monark Golf in California gets to VA in 3 days via USPS Priority. Order from Value Golf in Illinois gets to VA in 10 days USPS Priority. USPS sucks.......

            IL to MD. Delivered in 2 days. Been the norm for me the past few weeks.
            And UPS and FedEx delivering on Sundays!! 😱
