I recently sent a set of irons from KY to the Northeast via UPS. Cost was a couple of bucks higher than USPS and Fedex but easier for me to get to the terminal. It went like clock work with current tracking and package arrived in good shape.

Par4QC nashville must be a major hub. Seem to remember that happening with one of my packages....as long as it gets to you on time no biggie.

ode I don't even care if it's on time, it's golf balls, not something needed, only wanted, lol. Seems odd, the movement South instead of North, where the hub is only 30 mi. further(Champaign) than Nashville.

Fedex has a huge hub in Memphis also.

I just shipped a guitar to Missouri on Tuesday....arrived today. USPS 2 day, late, but not bad. On the other hand it two weeks for a driver to get from NY to VA. WTF?

Par4QC Golf days are very numbered here.

Looks like Weds. is our season finale. Just when I finally get my shit together after struggling all season. Shit.

        a month later

Anyone remember me saying I bought a set of PING ZING heads on eBay? That was Nov 9th. They shipped USPS Priority on the 10th. According to tracking, they are still in Utica, Illinois (Dec 2nd). The seller cited COVID as the problem with shipping, but they have several negative feedback comments about "never received the item". Anyway. I asked for a refund with the promise that I would return them if they showed up. No response. I opened a case in eBay and got a full refund right away. Not expecting ever see the heads. Seller is sportsbossgolf.

sdandrea1 - out of curiosity, how many transactions have you had on eBay?

I'm guessing you've won some kind of recognition from them as an individual Ho. Power seller? Power buyer?

645 total transactions. 100% positive feedback buying and selling......probably because I sell my stuff cheap, make it look shiny, and ship quick.

I knew you'd have 99.9% positive feedback or better, that's why I didn't ask. πŸ™‚ SIX HUNDRED FORTY FIVE transactions is impressive. I tip my cap to you! I would think they'd ask you to be on a power user panel to seek your input on tweeking their system.

That's since 2008, so 12 years worth of ho-ing and I have an electric guitar habit too. I've also done a fair share of selling stuff for friends and family.

Bravopilot Correct. I'm lucky that I have the 100% as maybe 1/2 to 3/4 of mine came from sales.
I just checked and I only have about 12 feedbacks in the past year. Haven't done much selling there the past few years.

Bravopilot Having neither bought nor sold anything on EBay, I take it both the buyer and seller are graded???

Yes, but feedback is separate for each category. Each member has feedback as a buyer and feedback as a seller.
