Sandra Carlborg.....................In trouble!

Wow,1 ball out 24 in the grid for the Hug/Young match!
I've always said these guys should have a 45-46" 10° back-up club just to get one ball in play.

Some of those guys looked like they were 'off their feed', as we used to say in horse racing.

Wilson with 6 balls over 219bs and topping at 225!!! YOWZA!! And Joe gets him; gotta be the top pick now..

Joe Miller is about due to win again! 😉

Did I hear correctly, from the announcers.....it takes 270 to count as 'good'(minimum)??

Was I watching the re-run last night when Jamie Sadlowski got knocked out after he could not place even one ball in the grid ?
Why did he changed the shaft recently ?

      darpar

Thanks, I was not quite myself and not really watching TGC, was going through a sever reaction to the flu shot .
For a whole day wasn't feeling myself and for 4 1/2 hours I thought I had a kidney stone attack.........
Kind of dazed when I turned on TGC.
      Might watch it tonight.

      Yep it's MILLER TIME again!!!!
      That dude's a beast!

That was some good shit, for a change!!

Although, I don't like them hitting all their balls at once; would like to see them alternating after 1/2 hit, like years past.

Totally agree, seems like Art changes the format almost every year.

I respect anyone whom could have muscle tone on the back of their head and their eyebrow.

Wow, 427? I don't care what the conditions are, that's awesome. I am itching to make a "comeback" and hit the locals again next season, I know I still have some swing speed, I am curious to see if I can get muscle tone in my eyebrows though, that sounds like an interesting challenge.

          DC300

Yes you'll need to lift weights with your eyebrow to hit over 400 yards. :-)
The wind should help a little but not as much as a sloped fairway or car path bounce. I could not imagine to go much farther without tinkering the equipment outside of the conforming conditions.

What happened to the yellow and black MUTANT driver ?

Release Those are some amazing numbers, when you consider these guys are hitting it darn near 2x as far as most people can, let that marinate for a minute and realize just how obscene it is. They are hitting the ball well over 100 yards past the average professional golfer on average, just nuts.

I have a couple of drives that have reached 400 yards, but those were down wind and hit the dow n slope, still a pretty awesome feeling. To accomplish multiple bombs that long in that span is amazing.

Enough talk, off to the gym, gotta get my eyebrows in shape!

From what was said, they did have wind at their backs. And it looked like the grid was much firmer(rolled??) than the previous night when there was, sometimes, under 5 yds. of roll. Also, it looked like the right side of the grid was the only place to land the ball to stay in. But, mygawd....seen some balls carry 400!!

Breed tried to say, last night, that the avg. amateur golfer's drive was 252, (senior's 230). Complete frickin stupidity. Means the avg. SS would be around 100 mph!!

btw...best show in the past 5+ yrs., imo. But TGC needs to rethink who they have as "hosts/announcers/interviewers"; all , inc. Art, are just horrible doing it.
