Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

That's what I thought. No problem though, I have "professional" measuring tools. Just took a little longer to check and double check the measurements. There were no
lefts and rights as both were the same as Andersen told me. I even own transfer punches.

Here's one for @Walterjn. I got some pics of my new granddog. My son in Minnesota does a lot of pheasant hunting and has two yellow labs. One is 14 and one 8. Both are trained hunting bird dogs as well as household pets. They are retiring the old guy, Gunner, and got a replacement today. He is 16 weeks old and his official name Is Poh Tay Toe Chip but they call him "Tater." At one place Walter worked he had a pal there who was a huge yellow lab named Tater also. Here is baby Tater. Too cute, no?

Walterjn Get your old ball Rex @Par4QC and stop by the local lanes and see if they have any senior drop in leagues. Usually free coffee and donuts and around $10 for 3. Something to do, get out of the house and find some new/old friends at the lanes. It's what we do as seniors in northern climates for the fall/winter. ☺

scotts33 My granddaughter's b/day party was held at a 'family entertainment center' a week ago. Basically bowling and tons of video games. The girls were all bowling and Jake and some others also got involved. Brought back a lot of memories for sure. But, I'm no idiot. I quit because of all the floor work/tile work I used to do, and the knees got shaky at times back when I last bowled.
Plus the fact that when I did pick up a ball that night at the party, it felt as though I had tried to lift a small vehicle🤣!! And it was only a 14#er.
I do miss it a lot though.

We have a nice place in the Northern 'Burbs of Pittsburgh called Shooters - indoor simulators or outdoor heated Bays. Like a really small TopGolf, but cozier (10 heated bays instead of 100), less expensive ($25/Bay for 2 hours during day) and better, less expensive food. Great way to work on the swing, stay in touch with the golf buds and have a good lunch...

Failed my treadmill stress test. Couldn't get my heart rate up to 126 using the fastest speed on the highest incline (for geezers). Had to default back to the chemical method. Before and after imagery with contrast. Results later. My first thought was that my heart rate wouldn't max out because the speed/incline wasn't enough to tax my system. Then I realized it might be due to cardiac disease. Ugh.......

Drive down to Norfolk for an in-person mediation tomorrow. I hate hotels.

I did that once with the same result. They kept turning up the incline until I was panting like a beagle.
Turned out the problem was that I had taken my blood pressure meds before and they kept my rate down. Nobody told me not to take my meds. Must not have been that important because they never asked me to redo it. 😕

I'm a Marriot guy too, but all the Marriott (and subsidiaries) are downtown Norfolk and I'm due at the Navy Base in the AM. EconoLodge is 4 minutes away.

sdandrea1 EconoLodge, that is a tough one. Norfolk can be scary in some parts, understand about staying close. Never liked driving through the tunnels.
