Boring times so maybe a highlight or 2. Usual hour workout at 9 am. Went out and swing the Superspeed clubs and my driver .

Rickochet most horses are not going to try to harm you. Most of them are just waiting to make you happy and get scratches and treats. They aren't looking to screw you over. To me, it seems that most of the general population are just looking to get ahead at all costs. The exception to that seems to be those here, and some of those I've golfed with. Maybe I've just gotten to deal with the bad apples more often than not when it comes to people, maybe they aren't all looking to screw someone over just because they can. Still rather deal with the horses, they are just easier all around.

The a 14lb. Butterball just went in the oven at 9:00. We got a new range recently and this is our first attempt at convection cooking a turkey. The stove top stuffing, broccoli casserole, mashed taters and Ocean Spray cranberry sauce. We have a big crowd for dinner, me, my wife and dog Anni. I am going to dress up and put on my best sweat pants and a fresh T- shirt. 😛

I normally do but it is cold, wet and raining plus my wife wanted to try it in the new range convection cooking it. It only took 2 1/2 hours and came out golden brown all over and very juicy and tender. It is 1:15 and dinner is over and all cleaned up. Belly full and nap time.

Injected the turkey with Cajun butter and put it in the oven. Sister from Hawaii and sister from Pennsylvania will be here with there sons. Gonna be a great day!

You just need to follow the instructions on cooking the turkey properly.
