Rickochet Furnace installers banging away on the ducting as I type. I guess we were lucky that the furnace was in stock in a warehouse 50 miles away. I discussed changing out the A/C unit at the same time and was told that most of the A/C units were backordered. This is an upflow with the A coil box on top so I guess the plan is to slide the new furnace under the existing A/C and go with that until the A/C croaks.

Also LG puts the water inlet in the front instead of the rear, had to by a longer hose. Feet were also a pain in the ass to level. The last one I installed took 45 minutes tops. This one was 2.5 hours with a trip to Home Depot for parts.

KCee Mattyv I installed an LG from Lowes a few months ago and had the same issues. The KitchenAid we put in back around 2009 was way easier so I figured I'd do it again.....I did not choose wisely 😞
